The Golden Eagle Lodge, with condominium suites, features a distinctive design reminiscent of the turn-of-the-century grand hotels. Additionally, Waterville has three hotel properties and four groups of condominiums, all in the valley.

The Valley Inn and Tavern operates as a country inn with rates that can include meals, and the Black Bear Lodge is more hotel-like. All are in the same price range. The Best Western/Silver Fox offers continental breakfast and is the most economical place to stay. Condominiums also are available.
