Kid lessons: (ages 7-12) 2 hour lessons are $35 either 10 a.m. to noon or 2-4 p.m.

Snow Garden: (ages 4-7) a half day -- 9:45 a.m. to noon -- costs US$35. A full day with lunch is $71. .

Child care: For guest of any of the hotels, Valle Nevado has a complimentary day care from 9:00-5:00 daily. Kids are constantly entertained on and off the snow.
