Dog sledding, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing can be arranged at the base facilities. These activities are a great alternative if the snow conditions are poor. Snowshoeing, too, is available. Both cross country skiing and snowshoeing can be done with guides on certain days as part of the regular hotels' activity schedule.

Snowmobilling costs $17 for a half-hous before 5 p.m. and $26 for a half-hour after 5 p.m.
