features a European flair in an intimate, romantic setting.
Toro's (578-7870; $$) in the Heffley Inn,
specializes in Asian flavors, including Thai, Chinese and Japanese.
Prices are reasonable and take out is available. The Steakhouse at Sun Peaks Lodge (578-7878) satisfies your craving for classic New York steak, sirloin, rib eye or prime rib. This friendly steakhouse also has a great kids menu. Reservations recommended. Mackdaddy's the Club (578-2582) is located in the Delta Sun Peaks. European influences highlight the atmosphere and the food. After dinner, have a fling on their dance floor.

in the Village Day Lodge by the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts, is a casual pub and family restaurant featuring great service and outstanding burgers.Bottom's Bar & Grill (578-0013; $$$)
in Sundance Lodge is invitingly noisy with good food that hits the
spot after a day on the mountain. You'll quickly learn to trust
the local McDonnell brothers' eclectic fusion menu at Macker's
Bistro & Bar (578-7894; $$$)
in Nancy Greene's Cahilty Lodge. This long-tome local favorite features fusion cusine with warm service in a casual
and fun atmosphere.
Bento's Day Lodge ($), east of the Village
Day Lodge, is a quick cafeteria stop in your busy ski day. You
can eat "bring your own" meals here too. For the best
coffee on the mountain, go to Bolacco Caffe (587-7588; $) in the Sundance
Lodge in the village. Cafe Soleil (587-5534) a deli-style espresso bar in the Village Day Lodge serves
gourmet coffees, baked goods, soups and sandwiches. The mid-mountain
Sunburst Restaurant (578-7222; $) is the only on-mountain cafeteria.
It's at the top of the Sunburst chairlift and has great soups, salads
and burgersand, of course, great views.
Bella Italia (578-7316) in the heart of the village offers fine Italian cuisine.Enjoy your meals in their patio when weather permits.Mountain High Pizza (5787272) invites a "grab a slice" kind of meal or a take-home pie for the whole family.
New Umbrella Cafe, located near the bottom of the Morrisey lift, sports inside and outdoor seating for a refueling stop near the new East Village.
One last sinful stop is Baggs Sweets, a long-time favorite located in the Hearthstone Lodge. Indulge in thirst-quenching coffees,
desserts and chocolates or enjoy a pannini or a great bowl of soup.
