Apres-Ski / Nightlife
The Thirsty Squirrel is the place to head to swap stories, eat, drink and be merry. There's a pool table, wide-screen TV and local beer sold by the pitcher. There's also a beer bar at the Last Chance Mining Camp and
a bar in the new Moonbeam Day Lodge. The village's condo check in/reception building is a state liquor store too, if you want to stock up your
condo.
Remember: The nightspots are "private clubs" that charge a $4 three-week membership fee. If you are staying at a Solitude lodge, the membership is included with your accommodations. Here's the lowdown on Utah's liquor
laws, including the "private club membership" you'll need if you aren't a lodging guest. There's plenty of nightlife in Salt
Lake City to consider too. |
