Canyons — Dining

The Canyons has four on-mountain lodges for dining: Red Pine Cafe ($), at the top of the Flight of The Canyons gondola, serves healthy grilled food, pizza and deli sandwiches.

The award-winning Lookout Cabin ($$), at the top of the Golden Eagle and Lookout chairlifts, has a table-served luncheon menu of grilled fish, meats and salads and a full-service bar. Not only is the food wonderful here, the mountain views are spectacular.

Sun Lodge features healthy, made-to-order salads, fresh soups, classic sandwiches and grill items and Cloud Nine, at the top of DreamCatcher and DreamScape lifts, focuses on healthy salads, soups, gourmet pizzas and sandwiches with a culinary twist.

In the Base Area

Smokie’s Smokehouse ($–$$) serves family-style barbecue and Cajun fare and has an unobstructed view of the terrain park.

The intimate setting of Alpine House offers a posh refuge for guests looking for a relaxed après ski experience or an innovative “small-plates” menu with an impressive selection of wines and specialty cocktails.

The Farm, a recent addition to Canyons Resort features an innovative menu that focuses on locally sourced ingredients from farms and artisans within 200 miles of Park City. Located in the heart of the Resort Village and overlooking the Ski Beach, this rustic, yet refined restaurant offers both indoor / outdoor dining and features a welcoming lounge with an amazing selection of wines.

Red Tail Grill features an innovative southwest menu served in a rustic setting. This is the perfect gathering spot for family-friendly dining all day long, and with its outdoor deck on the Ski Beach, this is a perfect après ski spot.

The award-winning Cabin at the Grand Summit Hotel features an eclectic western cuisine with an extensive wine list.

Dinner at the Viking Yurt includes a sleigh ride or choose to ski-in & ski-out for lunch when advertised. Access off Saddleback and Tombstone lifts.
