Dog sledding, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing can be arranged at the base facilities. These activities are a great alternative if the snow conditions are poor. Snowshoeing, too, is available. Both cross country skiing and snowshoeing can be done with guides on certain days as part of the regular hotels’ activity schedule.

Dog sledding costs $14 for a spin.

Snowmobiling costs $17 for a half-hous before 5 p.m. and $26 for a half-hour after 5 p.m.

Termas de Chillan has a full casino at the mountain. It has a hundred slot machnes, 3 roulette wheels, 10 different card games, 1 eighty-seat bingo parlour and a craps table.

Spa: A superb, 5-star spa is in the bottom of the Gran Hotel right next to the indoor/outdoor thermal mineral pool. Almost every type of massage is available— Hydrotherapy, Fango Thalaterm, Natural Steam bath, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Stone Massage, Sauna, Shiatsu, Massage, Reiki.

A full 50-minute massage costs $26. A Fango facial mask with volcanic mud costs $12.
