The Portillo Bar has a large selection of Chilean wines, piscos (the local drink) and other drinks, and entertains guests nightly with live music. This place can really get hopping, especially when the gringos start experimenting with the pisco.

In the hotel basement, the Discotheque (below) usually opens around 11:30, really gets going around 1:00, and doesn’t finish up until 5:00. Be aware of the time warp that exists here, because the lifts open up at 9:00.
