Not much, at least up on the mountain. Timberline Mountain Guides (800-464-7704; 503-272-3699), in Government Camp, shows a lot of ice climbing beginners the ropes. SkiBowl has a snow tubing park served by a tow rope, dogsled rides and horse-drawn sleigh rides, some with dinner. At Timberline you can relax in the pool, sauna or hydro-spa. Hood River has some nice boutique shopping.
