Jasper is not famous for rocking nightlife, but you can certainly find some action. The Atha-B Club in Athabasca Hotel has the liveliest dancing in town. The hotel also has O'Shea's, an Irish pub. Whistle Stop (left) at Whistlers Inn is a good pub-type night spot with darts, pool and big-screen sports. De'd Dog Pub in the Astoria Hotel is a locals' hangout that draws folks of mixed ages; light food is available. Fireside Lounge in Marmot Lodge has nightly entertainment. Pete's attracts a younger crowd with disco and occasional live music. Downstream is a no-smoking bar with good chicken wings.

At Jasper Park Lodge, the Emerald Lounge has hearty Apres-Ski snacks, and Tent City Sports Lounge recalls the history of the lodge and has lively entertainment.
