Child care: Le Massif has a day-care center at its mountaintop lodge. It comprises one large room and can handle 21 children. Comfortable furniture is set about, and a crib area is cordoned off by curtains. Equipment rental is across the hall. Day care is available for ages 2–10 years. The full-day program runs from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and costs C$37; half-day (8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., or 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.) is C$30. Hourly day care is available for C$10; lunch can be bought for C$7. Reservations are required; call 632-5876 or (877) 536-2774, ext. 4057.

Children’s lessons: An all-day group program for ages 7–16 is C$61. Half-day os C$50. Three consecutive days cost C$170. All include lesson, lift ticket and equipment rentals for the day; program runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Discounts available for multiple days.
