Lessons (2007/08 prices)

Whiteface group lessons are available for skiing, snowboarding and adaptive skiers.

Group lessons:
$30 for two hours; $80 for three sessions, non holiday.

First-timer package:
Ski School Director Ed Kreil's trademarked Parallel from the Start group lesson program with pass and equipment rental is $99 for skiers or riders for one day, $186 for two days and $256 for three days. It puts new skiers on the short skis called Snowblades and guarantees that in five days they’ll be able to ski from the top of Little Whiteface.

Burton Learn to Ride program
includes lift ticket, two-hour lessson each day and rental equipment; cost is $99 for one day, $186 for two days and $256 for three days. More days available.

The Ski/Ride to Perfection program
includes rentals, lifts and lessons; cost is $90 for one day, $179 for two days; and $79 for each additional day.

Whiteface has Junior Adventure programs and teen programs as well.

Private lessons:
$80 an hour, with $40 for an additional person. Full day (six hours) costs $350 for one person, or $475 for two to five people.
