Lessons (2007/08 prices)

We list regular-season prices; value-season prices are a bit less. You can save 10 percent on all group lessons by either making advance reservations or by booking lodging with Copper Mountain.

Group lessons: $90 for a full day; $162 for a two-day lesson; and $243 for a three day lesson.

First-timer packages: A half-day package with lessons, lifts and rentals costs $105. First-time snowboarders take Burton Learn To Ride classes, with special equipment designed to help you learn more quickly. You can also reserve rental equipment online at rentskis.com that will be waiting for you when you arrive.

copper mountain snowboardersPrivate lessons: For up to three people, a two-hour afternoon lesson costs $280; $360 for half day (three hours); $490 for full day (six hours). Family and friends privates (4-6 people) are available. Reservations for all private lessons are recommended.
